Job Description

Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auto Dialer Analyst on behalf of a high-growth operations team in Tempe, Arizona. This full-time, hybrid position is critical to managing outbound call campaigns, optimizing dialer performance, and delivering data-driven insights that directly impact contact strategy success. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with auto dialer platforms, a strong analytical mindset, and a working knowledge of telemarketing compliance standards. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the auto dialer system to ensure campaign configurations align with strategic goals and operational workflows
  • Analyze outbound call data to identify trends, improve contact strategies, and maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor real-time system activity and adjust pacing, list priorities, or agent allocation to meet performance and compliance targets
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to resolve technical issues and support campaign deployment
  • Ensure dialer activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including DNC (Do Not Call) lists and TCPA guidelines
  • Generate and distribute regular performance reports tracking KPIs such as call volume, connection rates, drop rates, and conversion metrics
  • Implement process improvements to increase dialer efficiency and agent productivity
  • Train internal team members on proper dialer use and provide ongoing system support
  • Participate in script strategy sessions and recommend adjustments based on campaign objectives and performance data
  • Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to outbound dialing systems and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience working with outbound auto dialer systems (e.g., Noble, Five9, Genesys, Aspect) in an analyst or campaign management role
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and system integration processes
  • In-depth understanding of TCPA, DNC compliance, and outbound contact center operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions based on data
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility depending on campaign needs
  • Hybrid role located in Tempe, AZ

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55,000 –  $70,000 a year ($26.00 – $34.00 per hour), based on experience.
