Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support a growing territory in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role focuses on building strong provider relationships, driving product adoption, and expanding market presence within the healthcare space. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, excels at relationship-building, and is comfortable managing a territory independently. You are organized, self-motivated, and skilled at translating product knowledge into value-driven conversations with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Promote and educate providers on pharmaceutical products through in-person meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory updates.
- Document sales activity, provider feedback, and market insights accurately in the CRM system.
- Partner with internal marketing and medical teams to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in industry meetings, conferences, and ongoing training to strengthen product and market knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or a strong background in B2B sales within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $70,000–$90,000 annually (approximately 33.00–$43.00 per hour), plus commission, based on experience.
