  • Review and reconcile payment variances between expected and actual reimbursement
  • Track legislative and regulatory changes impacting healthcare reimbursement and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Support internal and external audit activities related to revenue cycle compliance
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to revenue cycle leadership as business needs arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analysis or related financial operations
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and reporting
  • Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding systems and medical billing workflows
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR/practice management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-volume data environments

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours
  • Standard full-time hours per pay period
