Location: Remote
We are seeking a 340B Program Compliance Analyst to support a covered entity through a compliance review cycle and strengthen audit readiness across split billing, contract pharmacy, and patient eligibility. This position is a full-time, six month contract engagement based remotely, with potential to extend. The role reconciles accumulator, dispensing, purchasing, and claims data, tests eligibility against program requirements, and documents findings with clear corrective action plans.
This role is well aligned for a detail oriented 340B professional who enjoys precise reconciliation work and building well documented, audit ready programs. The ideal candidate brings a methodical approach to data, communicates findings clearly to pharmacy and finance leaders, and helps the covered entity maintain consistent, sustainable compliance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Audit patient eligibility determinations against the HRSA patient definition and covered entity policy
- Reconcile split billing accumulator data against dispensing and purchasing records
- Review contract pharmacy claims for duplicate discount and diversion compliance
- Test Medicaid Exclusion File accuracy and carve in or carve out treatment by state
- Validate provider and location eligibility against the Medicaid Exclusion File and OPA database
- Document findings with supporting evidence and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain audit ready documentation packages for HRSA and manufacturer audits
- Track corrective action items through closure and confirm process improvements are sustained
- Monitor updates to 340B guidance, manufacturer restrictions, and contract pharmacy policies
- Reconcile purchase accounts to confirm correct pricing tier on every order
- Support self audit cycles at the frequency required by covered entity policy
- Report compliance status and priority items to pharmacy and finance leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, pharmacy, finance, or a related field preferred
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of 340B program experience at a covered entity, TPA, or consulting firm
- Hands-on experience with split billing software and accumulator reconciliation
- Demonstrated audit or self audit experience with documented findings and corrective actions
- Working knowledge of the HRSA patient definition, duplicate discount prohibition, and diversion rules
- Familiarity with contract pharmacy arrangements and manufacturer distribution restrictions
- Strong spreadsheet and data reconciliation skills
Schedule:
- Full-time, six month contract engagement with potential for extension
- Remote position
- Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- 40 hours per week
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 – $105,000 annually ($40.87 – $50.48 per hour), based on experience and qualifications.
