Job Description

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly analytical Outbound Dialer Strategy Analyst to support a fast-growing operations team responsible for large-scale outbound contact initiatives. This full-time, hybrid role plays a key part in optimizing dialing technology, improving campaign performance, and ensuring outbound activity aligns with both operational goals and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with automated dialing platforms, a strong command of performance analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage outbound dialing campaigns to align with evolving business and contact strategies
  • Analyze call performance data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Monitor live dialing activity and make real-time adjustments to pacing, list segmentation, and agent distribution
  • Partner with operations, technology, and compliance teams to support campaign execution and system stability
  • Ensure all outbound dialing activity complies with TCPA regulations, DNC requirements, and internal compliance standards
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports covering KPIs such as contact rates, abandonment, utilization, and conversion
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance dialer efficiency and agent productivity
  • Provide guidance and training to internal users on dialer functionality and best practices
  • Support campaign planning discussions, including list strategy, call timing, and script effectiveness
  • Stay informed on industry changes, platform enhancements, and regulatory updates impacting outbound dialing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with outbound dialing systems in a contact center or campaign operations environment
  • Hands-on experience with auto dialer platforms such as Five9, Genesys, Noble, Aspect, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound system integrations
  • Working knowledge of TCPA regulations, DNC compliance, and outbound contact center operations
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Clear communicator able to support both technical teams and operational stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Full-time, hybrid role based in the Phoenix Metro Area, AZ
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on campaign demands
  • Collaborative, performance-driven operations environment

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55,000 –  $70,000 a year ($26.45 – $33.65 per hour), based on experience.

Interview Process:

Selected candidates will participate in a multi-step interview process, which will include an initial screening call with TalentLNX, a technical evaluation focused on dialing systems and analytics, and a final interview with operations leadership.
