Job Description

Location: Work From Home – Must Reside Within Commutable Distance to Dallas, TX

TalentLNX is seeking a Member Advocate on behalf of a leading pharmacy benefit and healthcare services company. This full-time, work from home role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have experience in customer service, call center operations, or pharmacy support.

Please Note: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX, to attend quarterly training sessions and team events.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Support: Receive and respond to inbound calls from members with questions about their pharmacy benefits.
  • Benefit Navigation: Provide accurate information on benefit coverage, formulary details, copays, and pharmacy network support.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the member’s needs and provide compassionate, solutions-focused assistance to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records using internal systems and tools.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Support members through additional channels such as online chat, email, and escalated service requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including pharmacy operations, benefits specialists, and supervisors to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
  • Prior experience in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare-related service settings is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working across chat, phone, and multi-system platforms
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule 

  • Full-time – Work From Home
  • Monday – Friday rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST

Salary Range: Compensation for this role ranges from $37,000 to $48,000 per year (approximately $18.00 to $23.00 per hour), depending on experience and qualifications.

    A virtual final interview focused on your ability to manage high call volumes, navigate pharmacy benefit questions, and deliver a calm, solutions-oriented experience for members. You may be asked to walk through example scenarios or mock service situations.
