Location: Jersey City, NJ (Greater Newark Area)
We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Director to lead outreach, enrollment, and growth initiatives within a healthcare services environment. This role is responsible for driving market expansion, building referral relationships, and overseeing enrollment operations to support sustained census growth.
This position is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong experience in healthcare sales and community engagement who can manage performance metrics, lead teams, and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage outreach, marketing, and enrollment strategies to drive growth and increase patient census
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and post-acute partners
- Oversee intake and enrollment processes, ensuring efficiency and strong conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including leads, enrollments, and pipeline activity
- Utilize CRM systems to track performance and manage team productivity
- Guide and support team members in achieving outreach and enrollment goals
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and market penetration
- Collaborate with internal leadership and interdisciplinary teams to align growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to enrollment and patient services
- Manage departmental budget and align performance with financial targets
- Identify market opportunities and adjust strategies based on data and performance trends
- Support continuous improvement of outreach and enrollment processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales, outreach, or enrollment
- Experience driving growth within healthcare services or community-based care models
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve performance targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and enrollment processes preferred
Schedule
- Full-time, onsite position
- Standard business hours
- Occasional travel within the local market
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 – $160,000 annually ($58.00 – $77.00 per hour), based on experience and qualifications. Additional commission and incentive opportunities may be available.
