Location: Cincinnati, OH
We are hiring an experienced and mission-driven Hospital Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare professional who excels at aligning strategic goals with operational performance, ensuring quality patient care, and building engaged, high-performing teams. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments, including patient care, HR, finance, compliance, and support services
- Partner with department heads and medical staff to maintain high standards for patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
- Lead the hospital’s strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives, focused on growth, service delivery, and operational excellence
- Develop and manage the annual budget, aligning financial strategy with organizational goals and resource needs
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Joint Commission standards and healthcare laws
- Serve as the primary liaison to the board of directors, community partners, and regulatory bodies
- Foster an inclusive, supportive workplace culture through team development, accountability, and transparent leadership
- Implement data-driven initiatives to improve patient outcomes, service delivery, and the overall patient experience
- Support the creation and rollout of policies and procedures in alignment with clinical best practices and the hospital’s mission
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or a related discipline strongly preferred
- 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience within a hospital or integrated healthcare setting
- Proven knowledge of hospital operations, financial management, compliance standards, and healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused management style
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, improving performance metrics, and leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and hospital management tools
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-site leadership presence required in Cincinnati, Ohio
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend responsibilities based on facility needs
- Collaborative hospital environment with a focus on excellence, innovation, and community impact
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 a year ($48.00 – $63.00 per hour)
