Job Description

Location: Mesa, AZ

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mail Order Pharmacy Technician to support medication fulfillment operations within a high-volume distribution environment. This onsite role is responsible for accurately filling and counting prescriptions, supporting inventory coordination, and maintaining compliance within a structured pharmacy production setting.

This position works within established guidelines while exercising sound judgment to prioritize workflow and maintain quality standards.

The ideal candidate has pharmacy technician experience or operational experience in a regulated production environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately fill, count, and prepare prescription medications for distribution
  • Support mail order and OTC fulfillment processes
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams as needed
  • Perform basic operational calculations and documentation
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Prioritize assignments within daily production targets
  • Support cross-functional workflow needs as required
  • Identify and escalate operational issues when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License required
  • National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR experience in pharmacy call center, warehouse, or regulated production setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within structured guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Full-time onsite role located in Mesa, Arizona
  • Monday–Friday Shift Schedules between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $52,300 annually (approximately $19.23 – $25.14 per hour), based on experience.
