We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our clients team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and usage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or a strong background in B2B sales within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000 a year ($33.00 – $43.00 per hour) + Commission, based on experience.
