Location: Kansas City, MO
We are seeking a dependable Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to support a high-volume pharmacy services center in Kansas City, Missouri. This onsite role is responsible for assisting with medication fulfillment, inventory control, and workflow support within a structured production environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency across daily pharmacy activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where precision matters. You understand the importance of compliance, inventory control, and teamwork in supporting pharmacy operations and patient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify inbound pharmacy inventory and supplies
- Support prescription fulfillment and packaging workflows
- Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with stock rotation
- Prepare outbound shipments with attention to accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data entry and documentation related to prescription processing
- Maintain a clean and compliant work environment
- Escalate clinical or medication-related questions to a licensed pharmacist
- Follow established safety procedures and regulatory standards
- Support workflow adjustments during peak production periods
- Complete additional operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare operations, or fulfillment environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move inventory materials up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable using scanning devices and basic warehouse tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, onsite position located in Kansas City, MO
- 40 hours per week
- Rotating weekday shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Structured production and inventory-focused pharmacy environment
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $38,000 – $46,000 annually (approximately $18.27 – $22.12 per hour), based on experience.
