Recommendations must be individuals who have not previously been in contact with TalentLNX or applied for a position through our company within the past three (3) months.
Recommendations must be submitted through our official Candidate Recommendation Form. Referrals submitted through other channels may not be eligible for referral bonuses. In cases of duplicate submissions, the first eligible submission received will be credited.
You must obtain the candidate’s consent before submitting their information to TalentLNX. TalentLNX reserves the right to verify candidate consent prior to proceeding with any hiring discussions. Submissions without consent will be disqualified.
To qualify, the recommended candidate must be passively or actively seeking new job opportunities at the time of submission and meet the qualifications of available TalentLNX roles.
Referral bonus eligibility requires the referred candidate to complete a minimum thirty (30) day probationary period in active, continuous employment. If the candidate resigns, is terminated, or otherwise fails to complete this period, the referral bonus will not be paid.
Referral bonuses will be issued within thirty (30) business days after the referred candidate successfully completes the required probationary period and TalentLNX receives full client payment. All eligibility requirements must be met before payment is processed.
Upon formal acceptance of your referral by TalentLNX, we will provide written confirmation of the applicable bonus amount. Bonus amounts vary based on the role and placement terms.
Bonus payments are processed once the referred candidate has successfully completed the required probationary period, fulfilled all eligibility criteria, and full payment has been received from the client. Bonuses are considered taxable income and may require completion of a W-9 form prior to payment.
All referrals must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. TalentLNX reserves the right to reject or revoke any recommendation that is found to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.
TalentLNX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Candidate Recommendation Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not impact referrals already submitted and verified under prior terms.
