Location: Tucson, AZ – Work From Home
We are seeking a Member Advocate on behalf of a leading pharmacy benefit and healthcare services company. This full-time, work from home role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have experience in customer service, call center operations, or pharmacy support.
Please Note: Candidates must live within driving distance of Tucson, AZ to attend quarterly in-person trainings and team events.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound calls from members with questions about their pharmacy benefits
- Provide clear, accurate information about coverage, formulary details, copays, and pharmacy networks
- Represent the member’s needs with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Document all member interactions and case details in internal systems
- Support multi-channel communication including live chat, email, and escalated service tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams such as pharmacy operations, benefits support, and service supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service setting
- Background in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare services is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and communication platforms simultaneously
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
- Work from home, must reside within commutable distance to Tucson, AZ
- Team-oriented virtual work environment with quarterly in-person training and collaboration events

Salary Range:The salary range for this position is $37,000 – $48,000 per year ($18.00 – $23.00 per hour), based on experience.
